1 - PRICE
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in shekels excluding taxes, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs (unless it is mentioned including shipping costs). For orders to a country other than Israel, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. You do not pay taxes, the basic prices of the articles will be as they are indicated in the site. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of talit4you.com. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/or bodies in your country. 2 - ORDER
The contractual information is presented in French and will be the subject of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery. talit4you.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
3 - APPROVAL
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by talit4you.com constitutes proof of all transactions made by talit4you.com and its customers.
4 – AVAILABILITY
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In this context, indications on the availability of products are provided to you when placing your order. This information coming directly from our suppliers, errors or modifications may exceptionally exist. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email or by post. This information will be provided to you within a maximum of 4 working days. You will be able to request the cancellation of your order or the exchange of the missing product(s). If this unavailability should last beyond the period previously announced, a new email or a new letter will be sent to you before the expiry of the previous period. As before, you will have the option of requesting the cancellation of your order or the exchange of the missing product(s). For payment by check, in the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, reimbursement will be made by check at the latest within thirty days of payment of the sums paid by the customer.
5 - DELIVERY
5.1 General Products purchased on talit4you.com are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. The times indicated are average times and correspond to processing and delivery times. In case of deliverable items on different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. Talit4you.com however reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment. talit4you.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. In case of delay, an email will be sent to you. In the event of payment by credit or private card, the times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times. In the event of payment by check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the check. 6 – PAYMENT
Payment for your purchases is made either by bank card: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express or other Carte Bleue, or by bank transfer. In the case of payment by bank transfer, an additional fee of 130 shekel will be added to your bill.
7 - REIMBURSEMENT
Refunds of products in the cases referred to in Articles 5 and 8 will be made within a period of less than or equal to 1 month after receipt of the products by us. The refund will be made by the method of payment made by the customer during the purchase, addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address. No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason. Customizable products will not be refunded under any circumstances.
8 - WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
You have a period of 7 days from receipt to return the product that does not suit you in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the bill. In the event of a return and a request for reimbursement, the terms will be as follows: Parcel returned unopened (unopened, not arrived or refused): reimbursement of the parcel, return costs borne by the customer. 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
